Starting from February 1st, 2025, the lesson prices will increase by approximately 16%. We haven't changed our prices since the spring of 2022 and we intended to keep the rates as long as possible. However, the situation in our country and significant inflation make it necessary to raise prices this year. We do hope for your understanding.

The trial lesson is a 30-min meeting, where you will become acquainted with your teacher, define your current level of Ukrainian, set up your goals, discuss a learning program, and a convenient timetable.

Lessons' Rules

  • A bundle of lessons is valid within two months from the payment date.

  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which means that you can cancel the lesson in our Booking system at least 24 hours before it should begin, otherwise we will consider the lesson conducted. 

  • Please kindly notify your teacher, if you are running late. The time of lateness is not added to the lesson. Without notification, we wait for a student for 15 minutes and consider the lesson conducted.

  • All teachers are independent contractors and Verba School reserves the right to change the student's teacher at the student's request or in case of termination of the contract with the teacher.

Refund Guarantee

  • You can request a full refund within 14 days from the date of payment (except for lessons that have already been taken, or were booked but not attended due to the customer).

  • Send a request for a refund in a free form to info@verba.school.
